Orders are usually processed within 1-5 days of receiving your order. I will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. On occasion, the item you ordered may be out of stock, in which case I will contact you.
Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer. The default shipping method is Austrian post or Hermes, with delivery confirmation and tracking.
Orders may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the order ship date on your own expense. Goods must be in perfect unworn or unused condition with all original packaging intact. It shall be the customer's responsability to retain all proof of return.
When placing the order please take into account that every piece is handmade which can result in small imperfections.
